Return Policy

We work with Poster and Frame as our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Each product is made to order, meaning returns and refunds are handled differently than traditional retail. Please review our policy below.

 

🗓 Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days, counted in whole days.

If the last day falls on a holiday, Saturday, June 5, December 24, or December 31, the deadline moves to the next weekday.

 

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@posterandframe.com to request a return form.

Note: Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

 

🚫 Exemptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • “Create Your Own Poster” products

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your order is damaged, no return is required. Please email hello@posterandframe.com with photos.

 

💸 Return Label Pricing (Optional)

If you wish to purchase a return label from us:

  • Denmark: 75 DKK

  • EU: 19 €

  • USA: 10 $

  • Non-EU: 29 €

 

📦 Package Resend Pricing

If you need your package resent:

  • Denmark: 49 DKK

  • EU: 10 €

  • USA: 10 $

  • Non-EU: 20 €

 

📬 Unclaimed Packages

If your package is not picked up and returned to us:

  • It will remain at our warehouse until you contact us.

You may then:

  1. Request a reshipment (standard fees apply), or

  2. Cancel your order — a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

    • Denmark: 75 DKK

    • EU: 19 €

    • USA: 10 $

    • Non-EU: 29 €

     

🏪 In-Store Returns

You may return your order at our physical store locations:

  • Present your order confirmation as proof.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Returns to our warehouse are NOT accepted.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
